As aviation, spaceflight, automobile, and the rapid development of the industry such as weapons, for the use of metal material performance requirements more and more high, not only need to use in a higher temperature and more harsh corrosive environment, but also has the vibration resistance, fatigue resistance, temperature shock resistance and scouring resistance, organic polymer materials has been difficult to meet the use requirement.



Hexagonal boron nitride has good chemical stability, it is still stable at 1000℃ in air, 1400℃ in vacuum and 2800℃ in inert gas, and it neither wets nor acts on most metal melts such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum, iron and copper, and has good lubrication performance. Hexagonal boron nitride coating has strong adhesion with substrate, high hardness, friction resistance and impact resistance. With the development of non-ferrous smelting industry, high temperature resistant boron nitride coating is widely used in the flow trough, shunting plate, casting table lining, filter box, transfer plate, casting nozzle, slag skimmer, pouring ladle, transfer ladle and other product surface.
