How To Use The Evaporation Boat Correctly

If the evaporation boat is used correctly, it can not only increase its service life, but also bring us great economic benefits!

In order to give full play to the performance of the evaporation boat and achieve a longer service life, please pay attention to the following operating points:

1. The two rows of fixtures should be aligned and the surface should be smooth and clean;

2. Graphite paper should be used on the end or side to ensure good electrical contact and heat conduction;

3. When the new boat is heated for the first time, put a piece of aluminum wire in the middle of the groove to facilitate and accurately determine the temperature of the evaporation boat (note: this method cannot be used when using a triangle boat without a groove);

4. The contact point of the aluminum wire should be located at 1/3 to half of the length of the boat;

5. The new boat should not be heated too fast, so as not to affect the deflation;

6. When using new boats, the delivery rate of aluminum should be gradually increased from about 75% of normal, and the power should be gradually reduced to achieve a larger spreading area of liquid aluminum.
