Product Feature
● The whole process of vacuum hot pressing sintering is carried out under the protection of vacuum and inert gas, which overcomes the phenomenon of raw materials being corroded, alienated, and peeled off at high temperature in the past, and ensures the high-temperature sintering environment, and promotes the evaporation of finished products with good chemical stability;
● Vacuum hot pressing furnace in the sintering process, the use of two-way pressure way, to ensure the bulk density of the sintering body uniformity;
● Vacuum hot pressing furnace for the whole sintering process of temperature, pressure and sintering body expansion, contraction, have achieved automatic control and digital display, improve the new generation of evaporation boat with good physical properties;
● Adopts the optimized four-component synthesis structure, enhances the thermal shock resistance and bending strength of the evaporation boat, alleviates the difference caused by the different thermal expansion coefficients of materials, and avoids the fracture caused by the release of thermal stress of the evaporation boat under high-temperature operation;
● It enhances the wettability of the evaporation boat to the metal, so that the aluminum solution is easy to diffuse to the surface of the whole boat groove, and improves the evaporation efficiency. The corrosion resistance of the evaporating boat is enhanced, and the working life of the evaporating boat is prolonged.
