Special-Shaped Evaporation Boat

The evaporation boat produced by our company is composed of boron nitride and titanium diboron，it is made of boron nitride raw material blocks according to user requirements, which are mechanically cut into different sizes and grind out grooves of relevant sizes on them. The shape is gray strip with grooves,the purpose of the groove is in vacuum coating, when the temperature reaches about 1500℃, aluminum wire liquefaction and evaporation, liquefied aluminum wire that is liquid aluminum is filled in the groove, not outflow. The boron nitride evaporator is an advanced evaporator in the vacuum aluminizing industry at present. It has the characteristics of long service life, even evaporation, stable performance and convenient use. It has been widely used in packaging coating, color picture tube, electrical appliances and other industries, and has fully replaced the graphite crucible and other old generation products. Boron nitride ceramics belong to a new type of industrial ceramics for oxides, and are listed as encouraged products by the State Foreign Economic and Trade Commission.
