Three component Ceramic Evaporation Boat

Ceramic evaporation boat is a vessel for evaporating metal and acts as a resistance heater. Evaporation boat has the characteristics of electric conductivity, high resistance, high-temperature resistance, chemical stability, and so on. The three-component Evaporation boat contains boron nitride, titanium diboride, and aluminum nitride.

Titanium diboride has excellent high-temperature resistance, good chemical inertness, and excellent electrical conductivity. Boron nitride is used as a non-conductive material to set the resistance of the evaporation boat and enhance the corrosion resistance of the evaporation boat. The addition of aluminum nitride ensures that the evaporation boat can be heated quickly and evenly, and improves the uniformity of evaporation coating.
