Introduction To Pyrolytic Boron Nitride Crucible

Pyrolytic boron nitride belongs to hexagonal crystals, is a special ceramic material, purity can reach 99.999%, acid and alkali resistance, oxidation resistance, good thermal conductivity, can be processed. Characteristics

(8). High electrical resistance, good electrical insulation performance; (9).

(9). Smooth surface, no pores, and most semiconductor melts are not wet.
